About Yes Power Yoga

The mission at Yes Power Yoga is to empower students to create a mind body connection through self inquiry, a physical yoga practice, and breath connection. This is done through a Physical Asana Practice.  Being a part of this process develops possibility in living life to the fullest potential; seeing the true authentic YOU. It is also a goal to provide new possibilities with love and support and to recognize the value of all people and to have fun!

To-do Upon Arriving: (Posted at Studio) and has been emailed

  1. Wash your hands immediately after removing your shoes.

  1. Leave shoes at bottom of the stairs. 

  2. Use hand sanitizer before going up the stairs for class.

  3. Please only bring in what you need for class, keep at minimal

  4. Wait in car, or outside until instructor opens door for class, keep at 6ft distance

  5. Please find your designated spot for class, either mat space for yoga, or marked bar space for Barre class.  We will only use 6 hammocks per class in order to keep up with cleaning/sanitizing. Please bring your own mat, we will not offer mats to borrow.

  6. Wear a mask before and after class.  Please do not take off your mask until you are in your marked space for class.

  7. We will be cleaning in between classes. 

  8. Please register online for classes.

  9. Arrive at least 10 minutes early to aid in this process.

  10. Check your temperature.  If your reading is above 98.6 do not attend class
