Erin started practicing yoga in 2004 while teaching middle school in Washington, D.C.  She didn't become serious about yoga, or practicing, until around 2007 when she discovered power vinyasa yoga.  It was love at first class!
She received her RYT-200 in March of 2011 and began teaching at Dancing Mind Yoga, Falls Church, VA.
She continued her yoga education by attending Foundations of the Flow Boston, MA and Level 1 Bootcamp Catskills, NY with Baron Baptiste.
