Aerial Yoga


An hour of energizing, fast-paced Vinyasa yoga flow. The principles of Vinyasa are the core of this class: one breath, one movement. Great for all skill levels.

Power Hour Yoga


Gentle Yoga

An hour of relaxing, slow-paced vinyasa yoga flow. This class follows the same general pattern as the Power Hour class just at a slower pace.


A blend of ballet, yoga & pilates, you'll love this low-impact, high-intensity class. A 45-minute class designed to be a full-body workout all while you jam to some of your favorite tunes.


The perfect blend of pilates and yoga, you'll leave sweaty but empowered from this hour-long class. 


Destress & Rest

Slow down and enjoy a relaxing class as you let go of the stress of the day. With a foundation in functional movement (movements we need and use throughout our day), this hour long class is sure to help you unwind and let go of your day.

Foundational Yoga

Get back to basics in this vinyasa style class that slows to explore the roots of poses and proper alignment. Great for all practitioners.


Your stop for deep relaxation & even deeper stretching. This one-hour class boasts a unique style of ultra-long holds. Expect anywhere from 5-7 different poses held for an extended period of time.

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes early to prepare for class. If you’re late to class, please enter quietly.

  • It is recommended to sign in online/pre-register to ensure a faster check-in. Use Mindbody link above. 

  • Please turn off all cell phones before entering studio.

  • Leave your shoes and personal belongings in the cubbies near the entrance.

  • Meet your neighbor, strike a conversation, try to connect. 

  • Wear loose, breathable, and comfortable gym or yoga clothing.

  • Please mention any pre-existing injury or medical condition to the instructor BEFORE class starts!

  • Focus on your own practice, let go of judgment and competition. This time is about you.

  • Respect your body and honor where you are on your mat today. We look for positive self-motivation.

  • Save questions for after class. 

  • If you need to leave class early, please let the teacher know before class begins, and do not leave after savasana (resting pose) begins to avoid disturbing other students as you exit. Remember that savasana and meditation are two crucial elements of a yoga class, and it does not take more than 5 minutes.

  • Please do not bring food into the studio that contains nuts in order to be respectful of those with food allergies.
